The ambassador of Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Eckart Cuntz organized an invitation to the honour of Federal Republic of Germany EU Assembly Commision on 13th of October 2010. On behalf of the Center for Alternative Policies Dr. Mahmut Koçak attended to invitation as well as the some administrator displaying activities in Turkey and the representatives of many multinational corporations.

During the invitation while the relations of European Union and Turkey was the major subject; the recent reforms in Turkey and the steps that Turkey has been following to become a global power from regional power was the other subjects which is argued for opinion exchange.

Koçak stated his opinion about the political institutions in Turkey and associated the current circumstances with backwardness of the required institutionalization reforms, however; he expressed that he believes the required studies will be accomplished that duration.
