President and Secretary General of Center of Alternative Politics have had an evaluation meeting after their return from visit to Tomsk and Moscow / Russia which took place in between 23rd and 27th of November 2009. As it is obvious, our organization is making research and dealing with several activities for creating and developing alternative politics for all common issues taking the daily circumstances into consideration. If it is expressed in a wider range, apart from political, social and cultural subjects we are also approaching the newest technolgies which are interest of all publics. During the visit scheduled within that respect to Russia, the meeting was held with Mr.Vladimir KOLPAKOV who is a gentle Russian businessman and his young Turkish partner on the first day in Moscow. The meeting was carried out the whole day and opinions have been exchanged mutually about the political and economic issues in both countries looking at each country from the other side. In brief the conclusion has been achieved that public of both countries are approaching through positive angle and say ‘YES’ for Russian-Turkish partnership.
After the meeting held in Moscow the next city was Tomsk where the President and Secretary General of CAP were the guests of Mr.Anatoly MALTSEV who is the founding shareholder of company EST – Electrodynamic System and Technologies. During the three days in Tomsk the maximum hospitality not to remember Turkish one was shown and all technical information was given about the latest technology innovated by EST after 15-year study by engineers. It is such an innovation having a wide range of application in industry and basically will be great interest in health field due to great upgrading in sterilization processes.
Tomsk is located in Siberian region of Russia and it is an old city with a population of 500.000 and 100.000 of its population is composed by university students. The first university was founded in 1880 in Tomsk. Upon a quick research it h as been concluded that Tomsk in facy is a real science center. After three day-stay in Tomsk, it was maintained to sign an agreement with EST to start a Russian-Turkish partnership for transfer of technology and local manufacturing in Turkey.
Our organization will be ready for taking any possible responsibility and task to maintain good service for both publics by means of the Joint Venture to be founded and do all for their success. We hope such joint ventures will be increasing in near future and work out for common benefits of both publics.
