“We set off with one common peace torch for Caucasus and we do hope this peace torch will bring shining future into the region covering Georgia, a country looking after serenity and sibling country Azerbaijan. I am sure we will support and contribute to this progression of normalization basing on our joint heritage and very old friendship. The regulating regional power of Turkey will open a new era in this region. The mentioned progression is highly supported by the OBAMA governance and is greatly contributed with the process of integration with the EU and furthermore is followed with great interest by several countries in the world. In short the present circumstances have never become so constructive before. On the other hand the current affirmative approach of Russia who was against the others changes the climate to maintain the normalization between the countries. We have to appreciate this promising situation and take all above mentioned into consideration for constructing the permanent regional peace as soon as possible. “Although we have taken the step to the progression of normalization for maintaining the peace in South Caucasus, it has been agreed that in very near future we would expand the progression by means of attendance of all South Caucasus representatives to transform our round-table-meeting into ‘’ Peace Platform of South Caucasus ‘’. During the meeting the continuity has been accepted for the process which was started by the joint desire of both sides firstly. The common future and benefits will terminate negative and hard approaches and current issues will be overcome easily. This meeting is our common desire for creating the civil initiative to construct the trust and stability in Caucasus.” Dr.KOÇAK stated that a common desire to hold the following meeting in the capital city of Armenia-Yerevan was existed in the meeting.
